After the exchange
There are just a few formalities to take care of for your home university. Hopefully we can welcome you in Dortmund again soon!
We would be delighted if you would write a short report about your experience for our website to motivate other students to come to Dortmund!
Transcript of Records
The Erasmus coordination in the physics department is responsible for issuing the Transcript of Records. The Transcript of Records is typically created shortly after your stay and sent to you by e-mail.
Certificate of Attendance
(Information from the website of the International Office)
The Certificate of Attendance is not issued automatically. If you have received a template for this certificate from your home university, the Erasmus+ department coordinator can sign the document. If you have not received a template for this certificate from your home university, Miriam Gothe will issue the Certificate of Attendance.
The start and end dates of your Erasmus mobility cannot be any other dates than the first and last date you were in Dortmund for academic reasons. The end date of your mobility can be, for example, your last examination, a deadline for submitting a paper or an appointment with the Erasmus+ department coordinator. The Certificate of Attendance can be signed or issued at the earliest one week before the academically relevant end date.

![3D visualisation of human neuronal tissue reconstructed by multi-scale X-ray phase contrast tomography. Neuronal cell nuclei are shown in yellow for the granule neurons in the dentate gyrus region of the hippocampus. Blood vessels are shown in red. By changing the X-ray optical magnification in the multi-scale recordings, one can zoom into regions-of-interest (red ovals). In these scans the resolution is high enough to resolve sub-structures of the nucleus, associated with different DNA packing regimes.
