After your return, there are still a few formalities to complete.

Recognition Outcome

To have your grades recognized, please complete the form and send it by e-mail together with the Transcript of Records and the Learning Agreement to the Department Coordination for Internationalization. When filling out the form, you should take into account that if no equivalent course in Dortmund was added to the Learning Agreement that the courses will then be added with their original title. After receiving the signed form, it is your responsibility to send the document to the examination administration (Prüfungsverwaltung) to ensure that the courses will appear in BOOS / on your degree certificate.
