From TU Dortmund University into the world - Let's go! Vamos! Andiamo!
Students in the Department of Physics have many opportunities to integrate a stay abroad into their studies. Whether it's a study visit, an internship or completing a thesis abroad, there is something for everyone!
With a stay abroad, you can improve your language skills, gain new perspectives and network internationally. You can also combine your stay abroad with the "International Studies" certificate to put an international stamp on your CV.
TU Dortmund University offers various scholarship programs to support your stay abroad. You can also find out about the possibility of a stay abroad directly on the website of the International Office.

![3D visualisation of human neuronal tissue reconstructed by multi-scale X-ray phase contrast tomography. Neuronal cell nuclei are shown in yellow for the granule neurons in the dentate gyrus region of the hippocampus. Blood vessels are shown in red. By changing the X-ray optical magnification in the multi-scale recordings, one can zoom into regions-of-interest (red ovals). In these scans the resolution is high enough to resolve sub-structures of the nucleus, associated with different DNA packing regimes.
