Complaints Office
The Complaints Office of TU Dortmund University offers contact points in the departments and at the central university level to which students can turn in case of conflicts, complaints or suggestions for improvement in the area of teaching and studying. The contact persons in the Department of Physics work closely with the Dean's Office. They have a very good overview, have a great deal of detailed knowledge about the courses of study in the department and can deal with complaints quickly.
