Awards
TU Dortmund University supports students and doctoral candidates by awarding outstanding scientific work and outstanding academic achievements. You can find an overview of the various awards on the TU Dortmund University website.
In addition to the best-in-a-year and dissertation awards from TU Dortmund University, the Department of Physics awards two subject-specific awards, the Till Moritz Karbach Award and the Wilhelm and Else Heraeus Dissertation Award. These prizes are awarded in the annual graduation ceremony organized by the Alumni Association PeP et al.
