From spring 2024, Prof. Uhrig will represent the field of Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics on the DFG Review Board.
The review boards of the German Research Foundation (DFG) prepare the decisions on third-party funding proposals. The members of the review boards are elected every four years, including now at the end of 2023. We are delighted that our faculty member Prof. Götz Uhrig has now been elected to the review board for Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics - even with the most votes in this review board. This is a great vote of confidence from colleagues in this field in Germany. We wish our colleague a lucky hand in the selection of exciting research projects!
